"Frank: I’m not going to put airs just because I have company.
Mac: So you think not eating cat food is putting on airs?"

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, “Mac and Dennis Breakup?

Finally a full trailer for “Brave” from Pixar

"How often do old people just haul off and cold cock you like that?"

Game of Thrones Season 2… HBO finally releases a legitimate trailer.

Marshall: I really, really, love you guys. Now I’m gonna go drop a deuce. (How I Met Your Mother, Season 6, Episode 14: “Last Words”)
I’ve had a torrid affair with How I met Your Mother. (I don’t really know the definition of torrid - can only guess from the context in which I’ve heard it - and don’t want to look it up. So here’s to rolling the interwebs dice!)
In the beginning, I begrudgingly watched the “spin on the standard sit com setup” (according to Netflix) because Evan was so enthralled. Half way into the first season, I was still rolling my eyes every time Evan chose HIMYM from the Netflix queue. But as the cheesy jokes and over-done characters breezed by the screen, something changed. I started to care about “the gang.” Barney wasn’t quite so annoying. Ted still sucked, but hating him was more fun than angry. Robin and Lilly were more relatable. Marshall just kept up the awesome.
By the end of the first season, I was hooked. Yes, it had it’s ups and downs. Seasons 3 and 4 were pretty rough, but it picked back up at Season 5. The Robin and Barney nonsense came to an end. Emotional breakthroughs were had by all. Sure, it was a cheesy sitcom, but I loved it all the same. Come season 6, I was down right attached. And then Marshall’s father died.
"Last Words" was brilliant: the focus on numbers counting down in the previous episode, Marshall’s raw emotion, Lilly’s helplessness, Barney and Ted’s ineptitude for handling loss, the introspective quality of grief for the audience. I don’t know if a TV series had ever made my cry up until this point.
So if you haven’t seen this brilliantly-written series yet, check it out.
